While watching the video I was asking myself, what the responsibility of the ministry of education is? If you have the same question in your mind, then welcome to reality...the DON'Ts with no justification required are more than the DOs back at home. "Education is the key to society development and knowledge is power" have no actual meaning there. It is left for you and me to realize that and make a difference. We are the light that they expect to see at the end of the tunnel!
